Having a tedious time trying to do citation for a class project, or have multiple projects and find it time consuming to finish all the citations?

Well, look no further! RefME just might be your solution. The application by ReferenceME, LTD. allows any user to take a picture of just about any (ISBN) of textbook and get an accurate reference for free.

The app also allows web access with an account that can be set-up on the web or with the mobile application.

Though NoodleTools by NoodleTools, Inc. provides a similar service, RefMe is more efficient. Where in NoodleTools you have to create each citation by typing in the information, RefMe allows you to create a citation simply by scanning a barcode.

If there is no barcode, there is the option of manually inputting the citation. The citations are then placed into whichever project you’re working on, to help you keep them organized in groups.

The app is very easy to use, with simple instruction, via a video tutorial in which is given once the application is downloaded.

The mobile application is currently available for both Apple, Android users in the mobile phone and tablet interfaces.

Both the application and the online access allows users to export their work to a series of different desktop applications; some of them being Microsoft Word, and Evernote. The mobile application is currently available at the iTunes App Store, and the Google Play Store.
