Customer Service Representatives

CSR’s interface between the clients and the company to ensure the best customer relations possible. CSR’s work closely with the Sales Department and the Programming Department regarding contracts, system fixes, and product sales. The CSR’s travel around their assigned region to the client sites.  Minimum requirements include a minimum of 2 years of direct customer service experience with a proven track record of success. Experience with  services in the commercial office building and residential apartment building/property management environment is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required. Successful candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to interface with internal departments and clients in a clear and professional manner, and have a professional appearance and reliable transportation. Must show initiative and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Central Station Monitors

Central Station Monitors respond to and dispatch fire and physical security alarms from our internal central station. Primary responsibilities include monitoring buildings through computerized access control system, answering telephones, alarm notification, dispatch of local emergency personnel, providing building access, interacting with our large client base, and preparing written reports as needed. Minimum requirements include excellent communication and customer service skills, detailed oriented, and be familiar with computers. Experience in customer service or call center monitoring is required.

Technician

Technicians are responsible for installing and servicing our access control systems in commercial buildings. There is a need in our DC/MD/VA region currently. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, must be detail-oriented, and have a willingness to learn. Experience with Access Control, CCTV, Northern & ADEMCO preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
