The faculty and staff appreciation day was a huge success Feb. 20.

They thanked all the faculty, staff and the fans that came out. Also, the men’s basketball team completed a sweep of the Northern Virginia Nighthawks with a 96-85 victory.

The Raptors have ended the season with a 20-8 with their final home game on Feb. 25 at 7:30 PM against Howard Community College men to conclude the regular season.

Before the Raptor men played their game against the Nighthawks earlier that evening, the Raptor women’s team won their victory over the Virginia Nighthawk’s women basketball team.

The Raptors women’s team crushed it with 103-46. The Raptors are on a 6-game winning streak to improve to 18-4 on the year.

The Raptor women played their final home game of the season Feb. 25 at 5:30 PM against the Howard CC women’s team.
