Chicken Soup For The Soul is a book that publishes non-fiction original stories and accepts short video entries from college students that allows them to share personal stories about how they have overcome advertises.
Chicken Soup For The Soul is looking for stories about how students have embraced differences, made good decisions, overcame negative stereotypes, became a better person, put things into perspective, and how they’ve learned to be more tolerant.
Stories that have been accepted will be published in the fourth edition of “Chicken Soup For The Soul: 101 Stories by College Students About Embracing Differences and Getting Along” in August 2016.
Video entries can potentially be seen on television on a new Saturday morning series on The CBS Dream Team network for the “Chicken Soup For The Soul’s Hidden Heroes” segment.
Any college student enrolled in the 2015-2016 school year can submit a story or video. The deadline for written and video entries is Jan. 15, 2016.
